1. How much is shipping?
The cost of shipping depends on each order. Shipping for pictures alone is about $5, Inspirational Frames is about $14, Name and Ribbon Frames is about $27 and Signature Frames range from $24-$40 depending on the size. The actual shipping cost is calculated during checkout.
2. Can I see my order before it ships?
Yes, the pictures are displayed in the cart/checkout process. Also, proofs are available upon request. Please make note in the message section when checking out or email us your name and order number. We will create your order and email you a picture of the name and frame you requested for approval before it ships. This may cause a delay in shipping. We can not send proofs after the order ships.
3. Is my order insured against damage?
All orders are insured up to $100 through FedEx and UPS. All of our orders are packaged very carefully to prevent any damage.
4. Is the “NameInPictures” watermark on the pictures after they are purchased?
No, the watermarks are only on the display pictures on the website. The pictures you receive do not have the watemark and are of the highest quality.
5. What are the size of pictures in the frame?
We can fit 3-10 letters in all of our frames. The size of pictures depends upon how many letters are in the name or word in the frame. The sizing is as follows:
3 to 5 letters=(5×7 photos) 6 to 8 letters=(4×6 photos) 9 to 10 letters=(3×5 photos)
All Clip Frames come with 4×6 photos.

6. When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. We will notify you via e mail if the order will not be able to ship within that timeline. Shipping times generally take 3-5 days after the order ships.
7. How can I track my order?
You can log into our website using the user name and password you set up when creating an account to view your order status. Once the order ships we will e mail you a tracking number which you can use to follow the shipment online.
8. What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it up to 15 days after delivery, verified by the tracking number, for a full refund of the product purchase price.
9. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
10. Do you ship outside the U.S.
We currently just ship to the U.S. and do not have the ability to ship internationally.
11. Is your site secure?
Yes, our site is secured with 256bit encryption. We do not keep your credit card information and the information provided to us is for our use only.
12. Can I just order pictures?
Yes, you can order pictures alone. They come in 4″x6″ prints unless otherwise specified before the order is processed.
